SUBJECT: Public Noticing Package for SDUs for Rancho Carrillo Village M, lots
262,278,283,290 and 300
Dear Paul:
Please find attached a public noticing package, including fees in the amount of $23.12 for
postage, for Second Dwelling Unit permits for five lots in Village M of Rancho Carrillo.
Second Dwelling Unit administrative permit applications for these lots (262, 278,283,
290 and 300) were submitted to the City of Carlsbad on March 28,2001.
:' . I have not yet received a letter from you stating that these applications are complete as
submitted. Nor have I gotten a letter requesting the public noticing package for these
applications. However, you had informed me when I was at the Planning Department
counter a week or two ago that I should go ahead and order the noticing package now as
it would be needed soon anyway. Since I have not received any documentation from the
City regarding these applications, I do not know, and thus have not referenced, the
application numbers (SDU 0 1 -XX).
If you could please provide me with the aforementioned letters, I would appreciate it.
Eventually, our client will ask for them if I don't provide them in a timely manner.
Please give me a call if you have any questions regarding this public noticing package. I
will follow up with you regarding the letters toward the end of the week.
