PROJECT DESCRIFTION/EXPLANATION PROJECT NAME: Haciendas at Rancho Carrillo APPLICANT NAME: CRV CARLSBAD, LP - The Second Amended and Restated Affordable Housing Agreement Imposing Restrictions on Real Property dated July 9,1999 between the City of Carlsbad and Continental Ranch, Inc. for the Rancho Carrillo Master Plan, Village Q-4 and R-3 requires that eight (three in Village Q-4 and five in Village R-3) Second Dwelling Units be constructed.
