NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR SECOND DWELLING UNIT
Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to allow an
attached 558 square foot second dwelling unit on property general€y located at 2871 Rancho
Cortes, and more particularly described as:
Lots 205 through 208, inclusive 214 through 222 inclusive and 223
through 238 inclusive of Carlsbad Tract 93-04, Rancho Carrillo
Phases 4 and 5, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State
of California, according to map thereof no. 13832, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, August 10,
1999.
If you have any objections to the granting of ths permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
second dwelling unit permit is an administrative action requiring no further noticing. If you have
