NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR SECOND DWELLING UNIT
Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to allow a 627
square foot detached second dwelling unit on property located at 1270 Oak Avenue, assessors
parcel number 156-190-58.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
second dwelling unit permit is an administrative action requiring no further noticing. If you have
