All items needed for engineering review are provided for determining the application as complete. Engineering issues which need to be resolved or adequately addressed prior' to staff making a determination on the proposed project are as follows: 1. Plot sewer easement identified under item No. 3 of Schedule B of the preliminary title report. 2. The guesthouse as plotted will encroach over an existing 40% slope. Show how the grade and/or structure will be altered to accommodate what appears to be a 3-foot difference in elevation between the 168-foot contour line and the proposed 171-foot pad. Include grading quantities in cubic yards.
