SDU 02-01 HOLLABAUGH RESIDENCE
COMPLETNESS AND ISSUES REVIEW
Engineering Department staff has completed a review of the above-referenced project
for completeness and engineering issues of concern. All items needed for engineering
review are provided for determining the application as complete. Engineering issues
which need to be resolved or adequately addressed prior' to staff making a
determination on the proposed project are as follows:
1. Plot sewer easement identified under item No. 3 of Schedule B of the
preliminary title report.
2. The guesthouse as plotted will encroach over an existing 40% slope. Show
how the grade and/or structure will be altered to accommodate what appears
to be a 3-foot difference in elevation between the 168-foot contour line and
the proposed 171-foot pad. Include grading quantities in cubic yards. All roof
drainage should be discharged as farthest from the slope as possible.
