Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Amendment has been applied for to allow
the construction of a 638 square foot detached Second Dwelling Unit on property located at 7351
El Fuerte Avenue, and more particularly described as:
Lot 67 of Carlsbad Tract 75-4 La Costa estates north in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to
map thereof No. 8302 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County on May 5,1976.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
Second Dwelling Unit permit is an administrative action requiring no further noticing. If you
