This application is for a Second Dwelling Unit at Lot 174. Applications for the required eight second dwelling units have already been submitted for Lots 205,216,220 and 234, 197,190 and 187. Our Plan 6 incorporates the Second Dwelling Unit into its design with access to the SDU from the courtyard. The SDU includes an entry, combined dining/living area with full- size kitchen sink, ovedrange, microwave/hood combo, refrigerator space, hookups for washer and dryer, a separate bedroom and bath area. The single car garage is also assigned to the SDU. Our SDU has a total of 597 square feet, which complies with the size indicated in the Affordable Housing Agreement.
