NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR SECOND DWELLING UNIT
Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to allow for an
existing 344 square foot detached second dwelling unit on property located at 181 1 Valencia
Avenue, and more particularly described as:
Lot 5 of Carlsbad Tract 80-39 in the City of Carlsbad, County of
San Diego, State. of California, according to map thereof No.
10209 Filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County on September 22,1981.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
second dwelling unit permit is an administrative action requiring no further noticing. If you have
