Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to allow a 597
square foot Second Dwelling Unit on property located at 2935 Rancho Cortes, and more
particularly described as:
Lot 189 of Carlsbad Tract Map 93-04-5, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof
no. 13832, filed in the OEce of the County Recorder of San Diego,
August 10,1999 as file number 1999-5541 80.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
second dwelling unit permit is an administrative action requiring no further noticing. If you have
