Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to allow a 640
square foot detached second dwelling unit on property generally located at 2945 Valley Street,
and more particularly described as:
That portion of the Northwesterly 69 feet of the Southeasterly 461
feet of Tract 12 1 , Carlsbad Lands, in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof no.
1661 , filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, March 01 , 19 15 lying Northeasterly of the Northeasterly
line of the Southeasterly 580 feet of said Tract 121, together with
that potion of the Southwest one half of Valley Street immediately
adjoining said property on the Northeast.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
second dwelling unit permit is an administrative action requiring no further noticing. If you have
