NOTICE OF REOUEST FOR SECOND DWELLING UNIT
Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to allow a 624
square foot detached second dwelling unit on property generally located at 3335 Valley Street,
and more particularly described as:
Parcel A of Parcel Map No. 12824 in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof filed in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, July 25,
1983
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
second dwelling unit permit is an administrative action requiring no further noticing. If you have
