NOTICE OF REOUEST FOR SECOND DWELLING UNIT
Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to allow a 625
square foot detached Second Dwelling Unit on property located 1050 Palm Avenue, Carlsbad
92008, assessors parcel number 205-1 90-03.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required pennit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
second dwelling unit permit is an administrative action requiring no further noticing. If you have
