COMPLETENESS REVIEW
PROJECT ID: SDU 02-17 THRU 02-21, TERRACES @ SUNNYCREEK
The Engineering Department has completed its review of the above referenced project for
application completeness and has determined that the application and plans submitted for this
project are complete and suitable for continued review. Engineering staff does not have any
comments to add to the project. Please add the following conditions to the approving
resolution/letter:
1. The drainage shown on the approved site plan is not a part of these approved
plans. Lot drainage for each parcel shall be shown on the building plans and will
be reviewed for compliance with City standards prior to the issuance of building
permits.
2. The applicant is subject to paying all impact fees prior to issuance of a building
permit for said second dwelling unit. Impact fees may include, but are not limited
to, water service connection fee, a local facility management fee and a sewer
connection fee.
