Please find enclosed herewith the applications for the remaining SDU’s on the SUMY
Creek Planned Development. The letter is intended to serve as the developer statement
regarding surrounding homeowners. Accordingly, due to the nature of the development
there are no existing homeowners within the 300’ radius that need to be notified.
