RE Terraces at Sunny Creek SD U Permits
Dear Van:
Please find enclosed herewith the applications for the remaining SDU’s on the Sunny
Creek Planned Development. The letter is intended to serve as the developer statement
regarding surrounding homeowners. Accordingly, due to the nature of the development
there are no existing homeowners within the 300’ radius that need to be notified.
If you have any questions or need any more information regarding the project, please be
sure to let me know.
