COMPLETENESS REVIEW
PROJECT ID: SDU 03-03 OCHELTREE RESIDENCE
The Engineering Department has completed its review of the above referenced project for
application completeness and has determined that the application and plans submitted for
this project are complete and suitable for continued review. Engineering staff does not
have any comments to add to the project. All site design issues will be addressed
through CDP 02-45. Please add the following conditions to the approving resolution/letter:
1. The applicant is subject to paying all impact fees prior to issuance of a
building permit for said second dwelling unit. Impact fees may
include, but are not limited to, water service connection fee, a local
facility management fee and a sewer connection fee.
