HomeMy WebLinkAboutSDU 03-03; Ocheltree Residence; Second Dwelling Unit (SDU) (4)NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR SECOND DWELLING UNIT Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to allow a 476 square foot attached second dwelling unit on property generally located on the east side of Hillside Drive between Highland and Park Drive, and more particularly described as: Lots 18 and 19 in Block "G" of Bellavista in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to map thereof no. 2152, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego dated March 7, 1929. If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue, Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice.
