The above referenced Second Dwelling Unit has been reviewed and is complete. Please
add the following to the approving letter or resolution of approval:
1. Developer shall pay traffic impact and sewer impact fees based on Section
18.42 and Section 13.10 of the City of Carlsbad Municipal Code, respectively.
