DRAINAGE AND EROSION CONTROL: Drainage Basin: A Preliminary Hydrology Study Performed by: N/A Erosion Potential: Low The project is proposed on an existing virtually flat lot. Existing drainage flows to the south and west with a low spot along the westerly property line, located approximately midway between the front and rear property lines. The applicant has proposed and staff has permitted the use of an area drain with a standard curb drain outlet to convey this low spot drainage to McCauley Lane. The remaining existing drainage patterns will not be altered. Unless a standards variance has been issued, no variance from City Standards is authorized by virtue of approval of this Site Plan. The applicant shall comply with all the rules, regulations and design requirements of the respective sewer and water agencies regarding services to the project. The applicant shall be responsible for coordination with S.D.G.&E., Pacific Bell Telephone, and Cable TV authorities. Prior to Building Permit Issuance the applicant shall pay all current fees and deposits required. The owner of the subject property shall execute an agreement holding the City harmless regarding drainage across the adjacent property prior to approval of the Building Permit or this project. Prior to hauling dirt or construction materials to or from any proposed construction site within this project, the applicant shall submit to and receive approval from the City Engineer for the proposed haul route. The applicant shall comply with all conditions and requirements the City Engineer may impose with regards to the hauling operation.
