Dear Chris:
I have had the changes made you requested in your July 13, 1994, letter. These changes include making revisions tothe architecture along the width of the McCauley Lane elevation which appeared to satisfy your concern this morning. I also met with Mike Shirey on Friday, July 15, 1994, and have addressed all of his issues of concern. Enclosed to this letter please find the following:
0 Original marked-up City check print.
0 One copy of field survey notes for Mike Shirey showing site
0 One copy of the owners within 300 feet of the site.
0 Two sets of mailing labels (16 separate mailing addresses).
0 One copy of the 300-foot radius map.
0 My personal check made payable to the City in the amount of
0 Five sets of the amended site plan/architectural plan per your
elevations.
$9.28 (16 x .29 = $4.64 x 2 = $9.28) for postage.
