As we discussed on the phone on June 30, 1994, I am enclosing:

We have also noted on the enclosed plans (4 copies of sheet 1) the existing General Plan designation of RLM and the slope easement on the southerly 25 foot of the property along Carlsbad Village Drive.
The above are the items you requested to be added or clarified on the existing application.
Section 21.10.015 (c) (3) (A) of Ordinance NS - 283 requires a statement about occupancy. My son Steve will occupy the property and will lease both units from my wife and I. Steve will manage the unit he does not live in and will be responsible for property maintenance.
