10/07/94 - Application submitted for Second Dwelling Unit.
10/12/94 - Planning staff discusses project issues with applicant over telephone.
10/14/94 - Planning staff meets with applicant on site to discuss and resolve project
10/20/94 - Planning Dept. receives memorandum from Engineering Dept. identifying
10/24/94 - Letter sent to applicant deeming application complete and identifying project
10/25/94 - Letter sent to applicant requesting check (payable to City) to cover cost of
10/27/94 - Applicant submits revised project plan and check to City for mailing public
10/28/94 - 10 day public notice sent to neighbors.
10/3 1/94 - Planning Dept. receives conditions of approval from Engineering Dept.
11/08/94 - 10 day public notice comment period complete.
11/04/94 - 11/10/94 - Staff responds to letters of comment.
11/14/94 - Administrative Permit (SDU 94-02) approved. The ordinance specifes that the
2nd Dwelling Unit Administrative Permit may not be approved until 5 days after the public notice comment period is complete; in this case not before November
13, 1994.
