Notice is hereby given that an administrative permit has been applied for to allow a second dwelling unit
on property generally located at 3456 Adarns Street, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described
as:
That portion of Tract Two hundred thirty nine of the Thum Lands, in
the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according
to the Map thereof No. 1681, filed in the Ofice of the County recorder
of San Diego County, December 9, 1915.
