Dear Mr. DeCerbo:
In reply to your letter concerning an application to build a two story dwelling on property located
at 3456 Adams St, we should like to state the
following:
1. This property is in the line of sight
for our ocean view.
2. In order to make a valid judgment as
to how the new building would affect us,
we respectfully request that some "sight
sticksfr, as are used in Del Mar, be placed on the property.
3. The type of roof will dictate total
height of the building.
We will notify you of our feeling as soon as the
"sight sticksfr are in place.
