I have received your notice titled "Dunning Second Dwellinu Unit" and must say I am completely opposed.
I live in the townhouses next to Mr. Dunning at 7019 Goldenrod.
If YOU are having a hearing, please let me know when so that I may attend.
My objections in summary are:
Non-conformity to neighborhood plan Density - zoning Aesthetics and un-sightliness
Common fence between properties
Parking
