in the public notice for SDU 95-01, dated February 27, 1995, an informal hearing for this item
will only be scheduled if a written request is made within 10 days of the date of the public notice
(by March 9, 1995). Otherwise, you will be notified in writing of the Planning Director’s
decision on this application. This decision may be appealed by you or any other member of the
public within ten days of the date of the forthcoming decision letter.
