FOR A SECOND DWELLING UNIT
Notice is hereby given that an administrative permit has been applied for to allow a second
dwelling unit on property generally located at 3605 Santa Clara Way, Carlsbad, California,
and more particularly described as:
Lot 60 of Carlsbad Tract 76-2 (Royal Homes No. 6) in the City
of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Map thereof No. 8581, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, May 24, 1977.
If you have any objections to the granting of this administrative permit or wish to have an
informal hearing to discuss the requested administrative permit, please notify the Planning
Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days
