RE: CT 89-18 RANCHO VERDE SECOND DWELLING UNITS
Centex has submitted applications for second dwelling unit permits within their
first and second phases. Most of the applications within the second unit are still
under construction and there are no individual owners within 300 feet.
Can those permits in the second phase which are not within 300 feet of an
individual owner be issued without a ten day notice?
