Subordinate to the main dwelling unit. 2. The Property Owner(s) listed above hereby certifies that he/she owns the above referenced property, as of the date of this affidavit, and to his/her belief and knowledge, there are no conditions, covenants or reshictions on the property prohibiting a second dwelling unit apartment. c ,' c?- 3.
