NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR A SECOND DWELLING UNIT
Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for
to convert an existing 520 square foot granny flat to a second dwelling unit on
property generally located at 1315 Basswood Avenue, Carlsbad, California, and
more particularly described as:
Lot 1 of Heisler Estates Unit No. 1, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map No.
4147, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County, April 20, 1959. APN: 205-1 20-05.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an
informal hearing to discuss the requested permit, please notify the Planning
