Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to
construct a 577 square foot second dwelling unit on property generally located along the
south shore of Buena Vista Lagoon, west of the AT&SF Railroad and north of Mountain
View Drive, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Parcel “A” of City of Carlsbad Adjustment Plat ## 471
