Five second units are proposed to be developed on any five of the fifteen lots as shown on the exhibits that accompany this application. All fifteen lots are greater in size than 7500 square feet and any of these lots will accommodate a second unit. These fifteen lots comprise the fmt phase of development in Village H. Future homeowners will be required to sign an appropriately completed copy of the enclosed ‘City of Carlsbad - Affidavit of Compliance for a Second Dwelling Unit’ at the time of purchase of each lot that has been developed with one of the five second units. The rental price for each second unit shall not exceed the rate as established by the City of Carlsbad for a 80% low income household.
