Memorandum
This memo is written as a follow-up to our convdon regarding the “Second Units in
Village ?I” of Rancho Carillo. As diwssed, it is our understanding that of the 4 remaining
second units to be built, up to 2 can be relocated. To do so Toll Brothers would need to apply for
new Administrative Second Unit Permits. The spplioation would be processed administratively
and would not trigger the necd for additional discretaionary review.
