CA 92008 RE: SDU PERMITS FOR VILLAGE H - SDU 98-07 THRU I1 Dear Niko: The standard finding, number 4, stating that the second dwelling units has a maximum height of 24 feet is incorrect. The finding should have read that the maximum height of the second dwelling unit is 26 feet, as shown on the approved exhibits. The development standards of the R-I zone allows the building height to be up to 30 feet. I do not believe this will cause any problems as the units conform to the development standards of the R-I zone and the units will be built in conformance with the approved exhibits. - If you have any questions regarding the above, please give me a call at 438-1 161 extension 4447.
