SUBJECT: SECOND UNIT AFFIDAVITS AND REVISED SITE PIAN FOR THE
SECOND UNITS IN VILLAGE H OF RANCHO CARRILLO
As we have previously discussed, the five lots proposed for second units in Village H
are Lots 6, 12, 22, 58, and 69. Enclosed with this memo are the following:
0 Four copies of the revised Site Plan showing the five units plotted on the five
lots;
0 One reduced exhibit showing the locations of the five units; and,
0 Five signed Affidavits of Compliance for the Second Units. The affidavits have
been completed to show each individual lot's address, APN, and specific project
number.
