Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to construct a
600 square foot second dwelling unit on property generally located at 4435 Sunnyhill Drive,
Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Those portions of Parcel A and Parcel B, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, according to Parcel Map thereof No.
12243, filed in the Ofice of County Recorder of San Diego
County, July 16, 1982 as file No. 82-219553 of Official
Records.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the requested permit, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive,
Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. If you have any
