COMPLETENESS i3~ ISSUES REVIEW
Engineering Department staff has completed a review of the above-referenced project
for application completeness. The application and plans submitted for this proposed
project are currently incomplete and unsuitable for further review due to the
following inccrmplete item:

Once the title report has been received and we have determined that no easements
interfere with the proposed location of the second dwelling unit, you may add the
following conditions to the final approved letter:
/-l-The developer shall pay all current fees and deposits required.
2. The owner of the subject property shall execute an agreement holding the City
harmless regarding drainage across the adjacent property unless a current title
report shows that such an agreement already exists on the property.
