We are in receipt of your letters to Mayor Lewis, dated September 1 , 1999 and September 27,
1999, regarding the above referenced second dwelling unit project. Mr. Marty Orenyak,
Community Development Director, and I have reviewed both of your letters and the City's
response letter, dated September 17, 1999. Our letter of response clearly addressed all of your
questions and comments, and therefore we stand behind this response as being adequate and
acceptable.
