Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to allow an
attached 570 square foot Second Dwelling Unit on'property generally located at 7328 El Fuerte
Street, and more particularly described as:
Lot 57 of CARLSBAD TRACT NO. 75-04 LA COSTA ESTATES
NORTH, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California, according to Map thereof No. 8302, filed in the Office
of the County Recorder of San Diego County, on May 5, 1976.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 2075 Las Palmas Drive,
Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
Second Dwelling Unit permit is an administrative action requiring no further noticing. If you
