We have made formal application with the City and the 10 public notice period is up on August 12, 1999. We have' requested that building permits be issued for these two lots since the public notice period has now expired without any requests for any public hearing on the issuance of the second dwelling permits. It is understood that there is an additional 10- day appeal period in which our second dwelling permits can be challenged. Centerstone; -hereby, accepts any and all responsibility for any impacts that could occur as a result of our commencing construction prior to the expiration of this identified appeal period. It is understood that an appeal could affect that which has been initiated on lots 2 and 8 and we accept the total responsibility for any conditions that may arise as a result of any hearing and our starting construction prior to the ultimate outcome. .. . .. .
