This memo accompanies an application for a Second Unit Administrative Permit for Village H of
the Rancho Carrillo Master Plan. The following lists the remaining items that are provided for
this submittal:
One Land Use Review Application
Application Fees in the amount of $630.00
As we discussed on the phone, the three hundred foot notification for SDU 98-09 would include
only two property owners, Continental Ranch and Toll Brothers. Continental Ranch and Toll
Brothers are already aware of the application. In an effort to avoid an unnecessary delay in the
processing of this application, Continental Ranch Inc. and Toll Brothers Inc. have agreed to
inform the City that they have no issues with the project and that they do not need to be noticed
that the application is in process. Subsequently, enclosed please find the following:
A 300' radius map;
0 A memo signed by Dave Lother stating Continental Ranch, Inc. does not need to be
formally noticed regarding SDU 98-09.
0 A memo signed by Charlie Raddatz stating Toll Brothers, Inc. does not need to be
formally noticed regarding SDU 98-09.
I hope that this will satisfy the City regarding the three hundred foot notification for SDU 98-09
and that the project will not be unnecessarily delayed. If you have any questions or need any
additional information, please give me a call.
