the City of Carlsbad is cummtly processing Second Unit Administrative Pcrmits for Lot 54 of CT 97-0 1, Rancho Canilto's Village H. Toll Brothers does not have any issues with the
approval ofthis application. The attached materials fiom First American Title show that
Continental Raach and Toil Brothers own all of the property within 300 feet of Lot 54. This
memo serves as a waiver rrgarding thc City's obligation to notice Toll Brothen that the
aforenrentioned application is currentfy being processtd.
