As a neighbor, I have no objection to the 600 square foot detached second dwelling at 2374 Pi0
Pic0 Drive. The only concern I have is for the provision of off-street parkmg for the unit. Large
trucks park directly across the street from this address from time to time to service the grower
when he readies his succulents for marketing. Unless the occupant ofthe second detached
dwelling parked off the street, it would be difficult and dangerous for other drivers-and for the
school children walking to and from the Buena Vista School.
