NOTICE OF REOUEST FOR SECOND DWELLING UNIT
Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to allow a 600
square foot detached second dwelling unit on property generally located at 2374 Pi0 Pic0 Drive,
A.P.N. 156-032-27-00, and more particularly described as:
That portion of Tract 6 and of Olive Drive adjoining said Tract 6
on the west of Laguna Mesa Tracts, according to Map No. 1719,
filed June 20,1921.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 1635 Faraday Avenue,
Carlsbad, California 92008, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
second dwelling unit permit is an administrative action requiring no bher noticing. If you have
