PROJECT ID: SDU 99-33 THRU 37 RANCHO CARRILLO VILLAGE Q
The Engineering Department has completed its review of the above referenced project for
compliance with the previously determined issues. The project appears to comply with City
engineering standards and all issues have been addressed. Please add the following conditions
of approval to the approving resolution or letter:
Unless specifically stated in the condition, all of the following conditions, upon the approval of
this Second Dwelling Unit Permit, must be met prior to issuance of grading permit or building
permit, whichever occurs first.
1. Prior to issuance of any building permit, the developer shall comply with the requirements of
the City’s anti-graffiti program for wall treatments if and when such a program is formerly
established by the City.
2. The developer shall pay all current fees and deposits required.
