ISSUES OF CONCERN
Planning:
Provide us with the following: 1) a typewritten list of the names and addresses of all
property owners within a 300 foot radius of the subject property 2) Two (2) separate sets
of mailing labels of the property owners within a 300 foot radius of the subject property.
Engineering:
1. Show surface drainage patterns on the site plan for each lot. Surface flow shall be
directed to the driveways prior to entering the public right-of-way.
2. Dimension the driveway width at the font property line. The minimum width allowed
is 12 feet and the maximum is 24 feet.
3. Add the following note on the site plan: "Finish grade shall provide a minimum
positive drainage of 2% to swale 5 feet away from the building unless specificaily
approved otherwise by the City Engineer."
4. Dimension distances between the buildings and retaining walls. Also, the retaining
wall proposed on Lot 95 is incorrectly labeled at 12 feet high. Please correct.
If you have any engineering questions, please contact David Rick at extension 4324.
