The Engineering Department has completed its review of the above referenced project for
application completeness and has determined that the application and plans submitted for this
project are complete and suitable for continued review. Engineering staff does not have any
comments to add to the project. Please add the following condition of approval to the approving
resolution:
1. The developer shall pay all current feed and deposits required.
