SDU 99-41 Magnolia Subdivision
The present application for a building permit on Lot 4 and for a 2nd dwelling
unit (SDU 99-41) is done voluntarily and not meant to replace the requirements of
Phase 2, Lot 7.
I hope this clarifies my application and allows the permitting to move ahead.
