SUBJECT: SDU 99-42; WARD RESIDENCE-2945 HIGHLAND
COMPLETENESS & ISSUES REVIEW
Engineering Department staff has completed a review of the above-referenced project for
application completeness. The application and plans submitted for this proposed project are
currently incomplete and unsuitable for further review due to the following incomplete
items:
1. Show existing street improvements, (curb, gutter, and sidewalk).
2. Show drainage pattern on site plan. Add the following note on site plan: “Finish grade
will provide a minimum positive drainage of 2% to swale 5’ away from building.”
3. Show existing and proposed slopes.
4. Inadequate information available on site plan to make a determination on grading
requirements. Include accurate grading quantities, (cut, fill, import, and export.)
5. Show slope percentage of driveway. Fourteen percent (14%) is the maximum.
6. Show existing topography and proposed finished grade.
