Notice is hereby given that a Second Dwelling Unit Permit has been applied for to allow a 607
square foot attached second dwelling unit on property generally located on Lot 32, Rancho
Carrillo Village H, A.P.N. 221-812-01, and more particularly described as:
Lots 1 through 6 and 8 through 74 of Carlsbad Tract No. 97-01,
Rancho Carrillo Village “H’, according to map thereof No. 1358 1,
filed June 10, 1998.
If you have any objections to the granting of this permit or wish to have an informal hearing to
discuss the required permit, please notify the Planning Department, at 2075 Las Palmas Drive,
Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. Issuance of a
second dwelling unit permit is an administrative action requiring no further noticing. If you have
